Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Ethereals Artist. Because many of our items are made to order, custom, limited in quantity, or created through production partners, most sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or accidental orders. Please review all product details, sizing information, colors, materials, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or there is a fulfillment issue:

  • Made-to-order T-shirts and apparel
  • Canvas art
  • Custom artwork
  • Personalized items
  • Local or special order items
  • Body jewelry, including gauges, plugs, tunnels, and dangle gauges
  • Clearance, discounted, or limited-release items

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or there is another fulfillment issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Once we review the issue, we will work with you to find the best solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

For approved returns or exchanges, customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by a damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or fulfillment-related problem.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions before anything is shipped back. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom artwork, personalized items, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or there is a fulfillment issue.

Because these items are created specifically for each order, cancellations may not be possible once production or custom work has started.

Body Jewelry and Personal-Use Accessories

For hygiene reasons, body jewelry and personal-use accessories are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a fulfillment issue.
