Processing Times
Most items are made to order or fulfilled through our production partners. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
Processing times may vary depending on the item, order volume, production needs, or supplier availability.
Shipping Times
After processing, estimated shipping times are usually:
United States: 5-10 business days
International orders, if available: 10-20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, production delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Multiple Shipments
Some items may ship separately, especially if your order includes different product types such as apparel, canvas art, custom items, or future accessories. If your order arrives in more than one package, you may receive separate tracking information.
Address Changes and Cancellations
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Because many items are sent into production quickly, we may not be able to make changes or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you notice an issue, contact us right away at etherealsartist@gmail.com with your order number and the correct information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to sender, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If your order appears lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us at etherealsartist@gmail.com so we can review the issue and help determine the next steps.
Local Orders
For select local items, custom art, or physical inventory, local pickup or local delivery may be available by arrangement. Please contact us before ordering if you are interested in a local option.
